*Correction, 3/31/14, 5:17pm: A previous version of this story mistakenly reported that Voon was joining K&L Gates from the Shanghai office of Allen & Overy. In fact, he was in Shanghai when he started with the firm in 2010 and then relocated to Beijing last summer. We regret the error.
