Plaintiffs lawyers have proposed 27 attorneys to be in charge of dozens of Exactech lawsuits, and nearly half, if approved, would be leading multidistrict litigation for the first time.

The proposed team, outlined in a letter on Tuesday, reflects a growing concern among judges in multidistrict litigation that younger plaintiffs attorneys, in order to gain experience, should get more leadership roles.
