Monsanto returned to court on Tuesday in another trial over its Roundup pesticide—this time near its St. Louis headquarters.

Plaintiffs attorney David Wool told jurors that Monsanto, now owned by Bayer, failed to warn about the health risks associated with commercial grade Roundup QuikPro, according to coverage of the trial by Courtroom View Network.
