Bill Cosby, now serving a prison sentence for sexual assault, is suing Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan over millions of dollars in legal fees.

Cosby filed a petition last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking the court to vacate an arbitration award in Quinn Emanuel’s favor from earlier this year. The filing included a copy of Cosby’s original demand for arbitration, dated July 2017, which said the firm billed for more than 11,000 hours and $8.55 million in a nine-month period in 2015 and 2016.
