A Philadelphia judge faced with dueling sanctions motions in the contentious dispute between Kline & Specter and its former associate Thomas Bosworth has granted the firm’s request to punish the young lawyer over allegedly improper deposition conduct.
The competing sanctions motions stem from the deposition of a former Kline & Specter client who had joined Bosworth at this new firm after he split from Kline & Specter in late 2022.
