Securities Regulation: Liabilities and Remedies is an essential guide for navigating the complex landscape of securities laws and ensuring compliance while protecting client interests. This comprehensive volume offers in-depth analysis on critical issues such as disclosure of self-dealing, safeguarding confidential information, and managing liability exposure during insider trading and merger negotiations.
