A Philadelphia judge violated a host of conduct rules by making politically charged posts on Facebook, the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline ruled May 3.
In a matter of first impression, the court determined that the posts made by Judge Mark Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, while not morally wrong, were improper for someone holding judicial office.
