Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton M&A partner James “Jim” Langston has decamped for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York, his new firm confirmed Monday.
The move is the latest in a series of high-profile lateral additions at Paul Weiss, which has been making a push in the private equity and M&A spaces in several markets, notably London, where it now has 85 lawyers.
