Brach Eichler in Roseland brought on Rachel A. Frost, Ryan E. Kotler and Joanna Zwosta as associates. John D. Frost joined the real estate practice and represents clients in real estate and corporate transactions, litigation, and land use matters. She concentrates on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial and multi-family residential properties, and the development and redevelopment of real estate. Frost previously worked at a New Jersey law firm with a focus on commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, corporate and regulatory compliance, and financial incentives and economic development. Frost holds a B.S. from Seton Hall University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
