Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman was tossed from client SonicBlue's bankruptcy case for not disclosing a conflict of interest. Now lawyers for a creditor claim that the firm failed to disclose yet another conflict. The lawyers are also accusing the Chapter 11 trustee, Dennis Connolly, of sitting on the latest undisclosed conflict, and are calling for Connolly to step down as trustee, according to a letter obtained by The Recorder.
