Law Firm Leaders Have Mergers on the Mind

What's on the legal industry's agenda these days? Law Firm Inc.'s first survey of Am Law 200 chief operating officers shows that, when asked to predict what issues will demand a significant amount of their attention this year, 49 percent listed evaluating a possible merger as among their top three priorities.
