Attorney Gets Static for 'Twilight Zone' Rendition During Divorce Proceeding

Divorce lawyers, beware. Humming "The Twilight Zone" theme song as a reference to the mental stability of a client's ex-wife -- seated at the same table during a post-judgment proceeding -- will not only enrage the ex-wife, but maybe the discipline police as well. Attorney Steven H. Levy, of Febbroriello, Conti & Levy, learned that after being reprimanded by the Statewide Grievance Committee for "means that have no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person."
