More than 10 years after the parties thought they had a deal, a federal judge in New York has ordered the owner of a 57-acre farm that has been in his family for three centuries to sell a chunk of the land to former Baker & McKenzie partner Anthony Petrello. The case gained brief notoriety when a judge presiding over the case was accused of making disparaging remarks about Petrello and his plans and imposing upon a stenographer to delete the comments from the transcript. The judge was later cleared.
