Intelligent Design Case Puts Spotlight on Pepper Hamilton Lawyers

For Pepper Hamilton partners Eric Rothschild and Stephen G. Harvey, the nationally watched intelligent design case is both professional and personal. The two attorneys, both religious in their own right, were instrumental in bringing Pepper Hamilton on as lead counsel, and both came into the case with strong opinions on the separation between church and state. Rothschild says being part of this legal history makes him proud. Harvey concurs: "Eric and I, we love an interesting challenge."
