Newark, N.J.-based Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione has opened a Philadelphia office, with former U.S. Attorney David W. Marston joining as a partner. Gibbons Del Deo partner Timothy S. Susanin, a former member of Kenneth Starr's Whitewater prosecution team, is moving from North Jersey to work in the new office with Marston. Gibbons Del Deo plans to expand its transactional capabilities and build off its core practice strength of litigation.
