In a sharp rebuff to Gov. Jeb Bush, Florida justices have unanimously declared unconstitutional a law pushed through by Bush and state GOP leaders to keep Terri Schiavo alive. Bush's lawyers say he is weighing his response and considering an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The case involving Schiavo -- who has been in a vegetative state for 14 years -- has triggered national debate over a patient's right to die and is apt to become embroiled in presidential campaign politics.
