Milberg Weiss Tries to Nail Class Action Imitators

New York-based Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, known for serving as lead counsel for stockholders suing Enron, is attempting to clamp down on law firms that lift language from complaints it files in shareholder class actions. Cease-and-desist letters have been sent out asking several firms to stop violating Milberg Weiss' copyright by plagiarizing its work product.
