Say it out loud a few times: "Chief Justice Antonin Scalia." The phrase has been heard with increasing frequency since the Nov. 5 elections, a rumor traced back to the highest echelons of conservative Republican thinking as a scenario that could follow the now-more-likely retirement of Chief Justice William Rehnquist next summer. Also: "Blogs" that track the high court's doings are becoming a hit in legal circles.
