Florida's Holland & Knight, which grew from about 275 lawyers to 1,275 in the space of a decade, is laying off about 60 of its lawyers and about 170 other staffers in a move to shore up finances. Managing partner Robert R. Feagin III said that the layoffs, which were finalized Tuesday, affected partners, associates and staffers at all levels and in virtually every department.
