Text messages, emails and search histories of former Clifford Chance lawyer and his brother, a former Goldman Sachs analyst, were examined at a Crown Court criminal trial on Thursday, which centres on alleged insider training.
Accused of insider trading, ex-Clifford Chance lawyer Suhail Zina, 36 and his brother, Mohammed Zina, 35, have been on trial at Southwark Crown Court since late November, after the case was referred to the criminal courts by Westminster Magistrates Court back in 2021.
