A former Deloitte solicitor has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal for allegedly kissing an individual at a social event organised by Deloitte in a way described by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as “inappropriate”, “unwanted”, and/or “sexually motivated”. 

The event in question took place at the Waldorf Hotel in London’s Covent Garden on March 17 last year.
