RBG Holdings, the group behind listed law firm Rosenblatt, has reached a settlement with its former CEO, Nicola Foulston and her management company.
The settlement is with Foulston and Velocity Venture Capital, a capital fund of which Foulston is listed on Companies House as the sole current director.
