Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and German law firm Rocan have represented Google in its agreement with regulators following a German data processing case.

The process was initiated by Germany’s Federal Cartel Office (FCO) and centered on Google’s compliance with the EU’s Digital Markets Act. Google was initially required to make several changes in relation to how data is shared between Google-owned services.
