Sullivan & Cromwell has secured what has been described a “massive win” for client Ocado Group following a three-year transatlantic IP dispute with Norwegian robotics company AutoStore, advised by Kirkland & Ellis.
Both sides announced they have reached a complete settlement of all claims, with AutoStore needing to pay out a sum to the U.K.-based online retailer.
