International legal recruiters are driving up their efforts to place African associates into international law firm practices in London, or Paris, or to Dubai or Sydney, as young African lawyers market themselves on their top training.
According to several people with knowledge of the trend, lawyers in Africa, especially South Africa, have become prime targets for international firms when they are seeking to replenish their legal talent.
