Kirkland & Ellis and Milbank have advised on the €2.4 billion sale of French biopharma supplier Polyplus to life science group Sartorius.

The Kirkland team, led by London corporate partner Adrian Maguire and Paris partner Laurent Victor-Michel, advised Polyplus’ sellers, private investors Archimed and a Warburg Pincus affiliate. The team included London debt finance partner Stefan Arnold-Soulby; Washington, D.C., antitrust partner Marin Boney and London partner Matthew Sinclair-Thomson; and London tax partner Peter Abbott and Paris partner Sonia Bouaffassa.
