A partner at Bennett Jones has been elected president and chair of the board of the Calgary Stampede, the world’s largest outdoor rodeo and one of Canada’s marquee summer festivals.
Will Osler, a corporate and M&A partner in the firm’s Calgary office, will lead the Stampede’s volunteer board for two years. An active volunteer in the city for almost 30 years, he joined the not-for-profit Stampede’s board in 2014 and is one of its 2,500 year-round volunteers.
