Ashurst has strengthened its contentious competition practice in the U.K. as it adapts to the changing post-Brexit regulatory climate.

London partner Anna Morfey joins Ashurst from specialist litigation firm Hausfeld, which in recent years has taken on several major class actions in the U.K. Morfey, who has been a partner since 2015, has also spent time as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Clifford Chance, according to her Linkedin. She has significant experience in handling competition litigation matters and specialises in all contentious aspects of competition, including  cartel  and  abuse  of  dominance  investigations, appeals against infringement decisions, and damages litigation.
