U.K.-listed law firm Gateley has bought an intellectual property services firm for £2.5 million—its eleventh business acquisition since its 2015 IPO.

With a 2021 revenue of £3.6 million, Adamson Jones advises clients on patent, design and trade mark protection and has 25 staff across offices in Nottingham, Leicester and London, according to an announcement via the London Stock Exchange.
