Disputes specialist firm Kobre & Kim has hired a new partner to bolster its offshore capabilities in Asia.
Offshore disputes and insolvency partner Timothy Haynes has joined the firm’s Hong Kong office, which now has 11 lawyers. He joins from Walkers where he headed its insolvency and dispute resolution group in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was an associate at Baker & McKenzie, also in Hong Kong.
