The U.K.’s Serious Fraud Office has charged three men in relation to the collapse of Cayman Islands-based litigation funder Axiom Legal Financing Fund, according to a statement.
The SFO announced on Friday that it has charged three men with multiple offences in connection with its investigation into the collapse of litigation funder Axiom Legal Financing Fund, which has no connection with alternative legal services provider Axiom.
