Miguel Zaldivar, the new CEO of Hogan Lovells, and his deputy CEO, Michael Davison, assumed their positions on July 1, in the midst of a pandemic. To this point, Zaldivar says, they’ve managed to keep the firm on track for a successful year. In this interview, he discusses what’s lost with remote work, the dichotomy between personal and professional life, and where Hogan Lovells is looking to grow in the future.
