Jones Day is expanding its banking and finance practice in Australia with the addition of a partner from Baker McKenzie and another partner relocating from London.
Banking and finance partner Alastair Gourlay leaves Baker McKenzie to join Jones Day’s Sydney office. He has more than 20 years’ experience representing financial institutions, investors and corporations on complex cross-border leveraged finance, corporate finance, private credit, funds finance and real estate finance in Asia Pacific.
