A new regulatory filing is shedding no additional light on Lori Marco’s mysterious departure this fall as general counsel of Hormel Foods, where she’d been legal chief for 13 years. But it did lay out that she’ll receive payments totaling $646,708 under a newly negotiated separation agreement.

The payments include 12 months of salary—which totals $380,000—plus $201,708 in payouts under incentive-compensation plans, plus payments toward her professional fees and health insurance. She’ll also get to hold onto stock options that currently are underwater but could have substantial value if the stock price were to rally.
