Kirkland & Ellis has again poached from Goodwin Procter to bolster its investment funds practice. The highest-grossing firm in the world announced on Monday that four more lawyers from Goodwin have joined the firm, after a five-partner addition in February.

The latest recruits, led by partner James Donohue, include lawyers Mirela Hristova, Michelle Kim and Joseph Baron. The four are all joining as partners at Kirkland. The firm said the group has “tremendous experience” in all aspects of fund formation and management, noting the group “speaks to the strength of our platform and the confidence in our culture.”
