More and more, IP lawyers are flocking to tech-focused firms. In the latest in a series of moves, Perkins Coie has hired Jessica Kaiser, a former lead administrative patent judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Kaiser, most recently a partner and co-chair of the post-grant patent proceedings practice at Arnold & Porter, joined Perkins Coie as a partner in its intellectual property and patent litigation practices. She is based in Denver, though her practice often takes her to Washington, D.C. as well.
