Reed Smith announced the addition of Michael A. Tomasulo as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice group in Los Angeles. Tomasulo’s work concentrates on high-stakes intellectual property litigation and counseling for an array of technology, entertainment and blockchain clients. His litigation matters span a range of technologies and industries, including videogames, networking, cloud computing, virtual networks, semiconductors, mechanical equipment, balloon catheters, infusion pumps, medical devices and other biotechnologies.  

Chigoziri Ibechem has recently joined Ogletree Deakins’ Los Angeles office as an associate. Ibechem’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. She has defended employers in a variety of industries, including construction, local government, college, and transportation. Ibechem has significant experience representing employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and negligent hiring and retention matters.
