Data analytics company Cloudera announced Monday that it has appointed a new chief legal officer as part of an executive leadership overhaul ahead of planned growth this year.

The moves come five months after the private equity firms Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and KKR completed the purchase of Palo Alto, California-based Cloudera for $5.3 billion. Cloudera had struggled with falling sales after going public in 2017.
