By day, Willa Perlmutter is chair of Stoel Rives’ occupational safety and health act group. By night, she kicks off many evenings in front of the couch with her husband, watching “Jeopardy!”

Though the Portland-based lawyer has been granted unique opportunities throughout her career—from operating mining equipment to climbing out to the end of a dragline (a crane-like structure used in mining)—appearing as a contest on “Jeopardy!” on Thursday night was one of her all-time favorite adventures.
