Bringing on more Big Law leaders to its C-suite, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has hired former Paul Hastings CFO Kathleen Deuschle and former solo practice business development consultant Elizabeth Lockett.

Deuschle joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office as chief financial officer in July after departing from Paul Hastings in April; Lockett, meanwhile, joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., outpost roughly a month ago as chief business development officer, having worked for firms such as Alston & Bird, Clifford Chance, and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman throughout her career.
