Pennsylvania firms are apace with the highest paying law firms in the NLJ 500, with four local firms offering some of the highest starting salaries in the group.

Blank Rome, Dechert and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius all offered the third highest starting salaries for associates in the country at $215,000, only outdone by litigation boutique Gibbs & Bruns in Houston, Texas, and Wall Street firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. These figures come from roughly 200 firms across the U.S. that provided salary information to The National Law Journal.
