In its second C-suite personnel change this year, Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders has created the role of chief administrative officer to handle the firm’s post-merger hurdles.

The firm announced Wednesday that business litigation practice director Henry D.W. Burt will take over responsibilities of the firm’s current chief operating officer, Ashley Story, by the end of the year. Story will retire after practicing at the firm for 18 years.
