Copart, a provider of online vehicle auction services, was sued Tuesday in Texas Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by Undaunted Law Firm on behalf of Kenny Hope. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-01344, Hope v. Copart Inc.
