Expeditors Intl. of Washington, a global logistics company headquartered in Seattle, was sued Friday in California Northern District Court over alleged cargo damage. The lawsuit was brought by Gibson Robb & Lindh on behalf of Allianz Jingdong General Insurance. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-03587, Allianz Jingdong General Insurance Company Ltd v. Expeditors International of Washington, Inc.
