Agilent Technologies sued a former design engineer for the company Friday in Iowa Southern District Court over alleged theft of trade secrets. The court case, filed by Nyemaster Goode PC and Reed Smith, relates to technology for certain laboratory instruments. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00206, Agilent Technologies, Inc. v. Boeke.
