A $1.25 million settlement was reached on Aug. 11 in Middlesex County suit Muraczewski v. Society Hill At Hamilton for a Hamilton resident after he slipped and fell on ice at his condo complex.

David Muraczewski, 57, fell on Feb. 19, 2021, while walking in the breezeway near the stairs to the second and third floors of the development where he resided. He alleged that there was insufficient lighting in the area due to a malfunctioning outdoor light, which he claimed was the responsibility of defendants Society Hill at Hamilton Condominium Association and Reliance Property Management Group, said his lawyer, Kevin L. Parsons of Hanus & Parsons in Middletown.
