On the first day of the conference, Faegre Drinker labor and employment partner Lynne Anderson of the firm’s Florham Park office presented at the “Emerging From the Pandemic: Labor & Employment ‘Hot Topics’ for Life Sciences Companies” session as a panelist. Anderson was joined by fellow Faegre Drinker partners Cheryl Orr, who moderated the panel, and Pascal Benyamini, as well as Jennee DeVore, the senior director and counsel of legal affairs at Exelixis. The panel discussed issues impacting life sciences companies. Anderson is chair of the firm’s pay equity practice team and co-chair of the firm’s women’s committee. She counsels employers and represents them in litigation such as whistleblower and retaliation cases, discrimination claims and restrictive covenant disputes.

NJICLE’s annual immigration law conference provides a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the most pressing concerns confronted by immigration lawyers, employment lawyers, human resource representatives and in-house counsel, and offers effective strategies for dealing with those concerns, according to the announcement. In his practice, Malyk represents businesses and employees on issues such as visa audits, according to the firm’s website.
