After a team from LaRocca, Hornik, Greenberg, Kittredge, Carlin & McPartland moved to withdraw their representation of former President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit, U.S. Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker of the Southern District of New York on Wednesday summoned all the parties to a conference in camera.

The motion to withdraw, filed by LaRocca Hornik partner Jared Blumetti on Friday, cited “an irreparable breakdown in the attorney-client relationship between the Firm and the Campaign, the details of which the Firm respectfully requests leave to explain to the Court in camera.”
