A Hawaiian helicopter tour operator has settled a case brought by the parents of a Toronto man who was killed in a crash over the island of Molokai.

Stuart Robertson and his girlfriend were among four passengers taking a tour operated by Blue Hawaiian Helicopters on Nov. 10, 2011 when the Eurocopter EC-130 B4 crashed at a mountainside while over the island, which is located near Maui. The pilot also died. Read the complaint here.
