My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell should have known the allegedly defamatory comments he made about a voting machine company after the 2020 election were false a federal judge said Monday.

The order, authored by U.S. District Judge Wilhelmina Wright of the District of Minnesota, points to comments made by Lindell after the 2020 election through late 2021, as well as research from states’ election audits that suggest the conspiracy theorist knew he was lying about the Smartmatic’s links to foreign governments and faulty voting machines.
